Founded in mid-1980's, East Coast Karate has been a leader in the martial arts community ever since. ECK is now proud to present it's newest program, the Seaford Grappling Club. Under the instruction of hall-of-fame martial artist Mark Staniszewski, and his team of talented black belts, students have the opportunity to learn and earn rank in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Catch Wrestling. Our renowned staff are some of the best in the industry at combining these dynamic grappling arts for MMA, sport or self-defense. Our program is designed for beginners through advanced practitioners looking to gain that competitive edge.
